Madeline Moreira is an associate attorney in the Shaked Law Firm’s litigation department, where she handles personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases. It is her top priority to provide clients with service that engenders their utmost confidence and trust. She considers it a privilege to help families and individuals whose lives have forever changed due to negligence, in order that they may achieve the justice they deserve.
A Miami native, Madeline is the eldest daughter of Cuban refugees who worked hard to achieve their American dream. She graduated from the University of Florida in 2009, and obtained her Juris Doctorate at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. While in law school, she had the honor of serving as Chair of the Moot Court Board, as well as President of the Arkansas-Little Rock chapter of the Federalist Society. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2013.
Before joining the firm, Madeline worked as research counsel for a public policy and research organization, with a focus on drafting model legislation and appellate documents, including briefs to the Supreme Court of the United States. Her previous work experience also includes the Little Rock City Attorney and Little Rock District Court.
Madeline is a proud member of the National Women Trial Lawyers Association and the Tort Trial and Insurance Practice chapter of the American Bar Association.
